The BLVD | Loudoun Station, Ashburn, Virgina 
BLVD | at Loudoun Station – Comstock Contracting was engaged to provide site development management services related to the construction of a 357 unit apartment community in Ashburn, Virginia. The contract is the result of a collaborative effort between Comstock Contracting and James G. Davis Construction Corporation (“Davis”). Comstock Contracting is focusing on site development operations of phase I of the 46 acre Loudoun Station development and Davis is focusing on construction of the first three retail and residential buildings. Site development and construction activities commenced in the 2nd quarter of 2011 and completion is scheduled for 2012. Loudoun Station is located at the terminus of the new Silver Line Metro expansion that will serve Dulles International Airport. At full build out Loudoun Station will include more than 1.5 million square feet of office, retail, hotel and civic uses, and up to 1,500 multi-family units.
